The Town of Weld is located in Franklin County, Maine - about 30 minutes west of Farmington. The town has a population of 402 (2000 - census) and the total area of the town is 63.0 square miles. The town is home to Webb Lake and Mt. Blue State Park and is nestled in a valley created by Mt. Blue and the Tumbledown / Jackson mountains.
