ARTICLE 10. Appeals

Upon written application from the owner or other legitimate aggrieved party, the Weld Board of Appeals shall hear appeals from the decisions of the Planning Board. Such hearing shall be held in compliance with State law. The Board of Appeals shall have the authority to grant a variance from strict application of this ordinance or to reverse the decision of the Planning Board upon finding that the decision is clearly contrary to specific provisions of this ordinance.

  • 10.1 – APPEAL TO SUPERIOR COURT – An appeal may be taken within thirty days after any decision is rendered by the Board of Appeals, by any party, to Superior Court in accordance with State law.
