2026 Dog License Reminder and Information
January 8, 2026
The State of Maine requires that dogs be licensed in the town of residence of the owner. Dog licenses expire on December 31st of each year. New or renewed registration must occur at the Weld Town Office (23 Mill Street, Weld) prior to January 31st of the year or an additional late fee of $25 will be imposed.
Cribbage Group

Weld Recreation Committee will be hosting cribbage groups twice a month.
Transfer Station - Not Accepting Brush for Disposal

As of Wednesday, August 27, 2025, the Town of Weld Transfer Station is no longer accepting brush for disposal.

The application process for the 2025 State Park Passes Program is closed. If you applied for a park pass, please contact Colleen Stewart (treasurer@weld-maine.org) or go to the Town Office to collect your pass.
